• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability and unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's status in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the package and product
• Unboxing video (recommended)
